- 📋 Day-by-Day Itinerary
- You will be picked up at your hotel at 0700hrs and transferred to Tarangire National Park for your game viewing experience in this magnificent park which is famous for its large collection of baobab trees, spectacular large mammal population, and variety of bird species, not to mention one of the largest concentration of elephants in the country. Accommodations: Lake Burunge Baobab Tented Lodge
- After breakfast we will head towards the Serengeti National Park, leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa - the Serengeti National - with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. We enjoy a game drive en route to the lodge. Accommodations: Escarpment Luxury Camp Serengeti
- A full day of exploration in the Serengeti’s Seronera region unfolds with the first light, offering a glimpse into the active lives of predators and diverse wildlife amid the breathtaking Serengeti scenery. Pause midday for a picnic lunch, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the wild. The afternoon brings visits to the famed hippo pools, quests for elusive black rhinos, and the potential to witness segments of the Great Migration, depending on the season. As the day wanes, a late afternoon game drive captures the Serengeti’s beauty during the golden hour, culminating in a mesmerizing sunset. Throughout, your experienced guide enhances the experience, sharing insights into the animals and ensuring a respectful and secure safari adventure. Accommodations: Escarpment Luxury Camp Serengeti
- After breakfast, we depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Game viewing en route. Ngorongoro Conservation Area is in northern Tanzania. It’s home to the vast, volcanic Ngorongoro Crater and the “big 5” game (elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino). Huge herds of wildebeests and zebras traverse its plains during their annual migration. Livestock belonging to the semi-nomadic Maasai tribe graze alongside wild animals. Hominin fossils found in the Olduvai Gorge date back millions of years. Accommodations: Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge
- We’ll kick-start the day bright and early, descending into the captivating crater floor for a remarkable wildlife experience in one of Earth’s most breathtaking locations. Following an exciting game drive, we’ll savour a delightful picnic lunch near the serene Hippo Lake. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a brief game drive before ascending the crater and exiting the Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to Arusha. Our estimated return time is around 5 pm, but we remain flexible to accommodate any flight schedules or unforeseen circumstances.
